Honey from l'Abeille Buissonnière
Former nature coordinator at the Saint Dégan ecomuseum, Maxence Cadet created "l'Abeille Buissonnière" in 2007 in Landévant. His spring honey won the silver medal in the beehive products category at the 2017 Breton gastronomy championship. We asked him about his job:
“I currently maintain around fifty beehives located between Landévant and Crach via Brech and Auray. My production is 100% local and artisanal! The honey is not heated during its extraction or its potting. If possible, I harvest the all-flower honey twice per year: once in spring and once in summer. To produce black wheat honey, I transhume (move) about twenty beehives on fields used for organic farming in the Auray region. I only harvest the surplus honey, which the bees will not need to spend the winter or simply feed themselves ... Enjoy ! "

Terres de Tisanes
In 2010, Alexandre Bompard created Terres de Tisanes to transmit his passion for aromatic and medicinal plants:
"Our herbal tea is located in Cléguer in Morbihan, where our sole activity is the creation of organic herbal teas. Our work and our know-how allow us to explore new flavors and health benefits in order to offer authentic herbal teas. We also cultivate and collect around twenty species of aromatic and medicinal plants that we harvest by hand on nearly 20,000 sq. metres of land. Our land is located near the Atlantic Ocean. This privileged location allows us to benefit from optimal climate conditions : a good degree of sunshine, mild temperatures and purity of the air coming from the ocean. "

Jams from La Cour d'Orgères
Vérène and Marie-Charlotte Indekeu took over from their parents at La Cour d'Orgères. Master jam makers, they create exceptional jams in their Quiberon workshop thanks to family know-how :
"When we make our jams, we absolutely want them to have the true taste of fruit, which is the very essence of our creations by its rich presence in the ingredients (whole fruit, bark ...) for a better texture and flavor in the mouth ... The jams are prepared in a traditional way in an uncovered red copper cauldron, in small quantities and stirred with a beech wood spatula ... All our jams are exclusively made in Brittany. "
