Why come in May and June to the campsite?
Enjoy the springtime mildness and settle at the Camping de la Plage during these off-peak months – truly a bit out of time. The weather is pleasant, and the sky is often clear. The region is less crowded with tourists than in July and August, and the beaches are deserted or nearly so.

Discovering South Morbihan before summer
It is an ideal time to visit the entire south of Morbihan. The most visited places in peak summer are less crowded during this period:
- Remarkable natural sites such as those of the Quiberon Peninsula, the Etel estuary, or the Gulf of Morbihan
- Megalithic sites and museums as in Carnac
- Islands like Belle-Île, Houat, or Hoedic
- Ports like La Trinité-sur-Mer, Locmariaquer, or St Goustan
- Historical cities like Vannes or Auray
Also, plan during your stay to visit the markets to meet local producers, discover regional product shops, and of course, taste Breton specialties in restaurants...
