Booking process

We use a booking request system instead of instant online booking because we want to make sure your holiday is tailored to exactly what you're looking for. Our camping pitches and rentals are all a little different, and what works for one person might not work for another. We have the knowledge and experience to help you find the perfect fit.

We promise to get back to you quickly with a personal response, and we'll do our best to take into account your preferences, the size of your family, and the equipment you have.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive your pitch number, so you'll know exactly where you'll be located when you arrive at the campsite – no surprises!

1 - You request a reservation/quote

You send us your request for a quotation and / or booking.

2 - We send you a quote and/or booking contract.

Upon receiving your request , we will return your quote with or without a booking contract as requested. If a booking contract is sent, a pitch or mobile home number will then be given.

3 - Return of signed contract

We ask you to return your booking contract accompanied by a deposit corresponding to the amount requested and within the time mentioned.

If this time is exceeded, your reservation will not be valid. If you wish to pay your deposit by bank transfer or credit card, please note this on your contract and return it to us.

Upon receipt of your contract, a link can be sent to you so that you can make a secure payment.

4 - Paiement of deposit

We register the payment of your deposit and receive your signed contract.

5 - Confirmation of booking

A confirmation will be sent by e-mail or by post according to your wish.

The balance of your stay is to be paid 30 days before your arrival for mobile homes, and the day of your arrival for camping pitches. Following the payment of your rental balance, we will send you the inventory.

All cancellations must be confirmed by post or e-mail.
