Booking process

You can call us at 0033 297557328 or simply fill in the form on the booking page. We have chosen a booking request rather than an automatic booking system because we want to give you an answer that is adapted to your wishes and your needs. Our camping pitches and rentals are not all the same and may not be suitable for everyone. We have the experience to advise you. We promise you a quick and personal response, taking into account as much as possible your wishes, the size of your family or your camping equipment.

As soon as you receive your contract, you will know the number of your pitch so you will not be surprised when you arrive at the campsite.

1 - Request of reservation

You send us yourfor quotation and / or booking.

2 - Sending of a quote and/or contract

Upon receiving your request , we will return your quote with or without a booking contract according to your request. If a contract is sent, a pitch or mobile home number will be mentioned.

3 - Return of signed contract

We ask you to return your booking contract  accompanied by a deposit corresponding to the amount requested and within the time mentioned.

If this time is exceeded, we can not maintain the reservation. If you wish to pay your deposit by bank transfer or credit card, please mention it and return your contract.

Upon receipt of your contract, a link can be sent to you so that you can make a secure payment.

A confirmation will be sent by e-mail or by post according to your wish.

The balance of your stay is to be paid 30 days before your arrival for mobile homes, and the day of your arrival for camping pitches. Following the payment of your rental balance, we will send you the inventory.

All cancellations must be confirmed by post or e-mail.
