The Eco-museums in Morbihan

The daily life of our Breton ancestors

Village de l'an mil  (village from the year 1000) :

This medieval village, discovered over a century ago, gives the whole family the chance to build wattle and daub walls, to weave hazelnut branches. A way of reliving life in the rural Middle-Ages.

Village de Poul Fetan

Crêpes cooked over a wood fire, butter making, grinding gorse on horseback, spinning wool on a spinning wheel ...: the activities and reenactments allow visitors to dive into the daily life of Breton peasants in the 19th century.
