Bakery, shop, bike and canoe hire

At 150 metres from the campsite, our shop is open every day in july and august, the bakery offers freshly baked bread and pastries every day and many other services at the campsite...

      • Grocery store

        A sandy path takes you to the grocery store of Kervillen (150 m from the campsite).

        From May to September, it offers:

        • A bakery area with coffee to go, pastries prepared on site and fresh bread delivered daily.
        • Fresh products in cremeries, fruits and vegetables.
        • Bretons' wines and beers.
        • Delicatessen, regional and local products.
        • A beach department: buoys, flip-flops, umbrellas and beach games...

         

        Grocery store - bakery opening hours in 2025:

         

        • From 7th May to 6th July and 1st September to 21st September: mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

        Saturdays afternoons (and the day before public holidays) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

        Weekly closing on Mondays.

        • From 7th July to 31st August:  Every day from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

         

        Beach Pizz Snack

        Next to the grocery store, the snack Beach Pizz offers a take-away service: pizzas, burgers, fish and chips, paninis, salads, ice cream...

        And... the Herb Garden! 

        Right next to the compost bin, discover our brand-new herb garden! Add a burst of flavor to your meals and barbecues with thyme, rosemary, dill, and many other fresh herbs... We encourage you to pick gently to help preserve our plants and leave enough for fellow campers to enjoy as well.

      • Réception

        The reception is open from 9am to 7.30pm (7am in low season) and the campsite is supervised 24 hours a day.  We can even welcome you outside office opening hours, on request.

        Internet, communication and information

        You will find a telephone, post, internet connection wi-fi with a computer, tourist information.

        Wifi is available thoughout the campsite. On your arrival, we will give you a welcome leaflet and a free wifi ticket for one hour. The reason why our wifi isn’t free is that we are not connected to the fibre optic and because of this our bandwidth is limited. If the wifi was free, the quality of the connection would suffer when the campsite is relatively full.

         

        Laundrette

        • Laundrette with 5 washing machines (5 € per token) and 4 tumble dryers (4 € per token).
        • Ironing boards and irons are available for free.

         

        Hire service

        • You will be able to borrow  English books, games or table tennis bats.
        • Safes are available for hire (12 €/week).
        • Bike hire : for adults and children (for half a day, a day or a week). Child seats and helmets are available.
        • Canoes for hire : for the day or half a day: 8 € for half a day.

         

        Ice packs

        We can freeze your ice-packs.  Sale of ice-bags in July and August.

        To preserve our exceptional environment, Camping de la Plage is actively committed to protecting biodiversity. Together, we take action to ensure that this unique natural setting is protected for future generations. As part of this commitment, we have implemented several concrete initiatives. 


        Lighting & Water Conservation 

        We are gradually replacing our outdoor lighting with solar-powered lamps. Additionally, we recycle water from our swimming pool and rainwater, which is reused for the campsite’s toilets. 


        Composter Available 

        A composter is now available near Sanitary Block 2. In accordance with organic waste recycling standards, you can dispose of fruit and vegetable scraps, peels, eggshells, coffee grounds (with filters), tea bags (without cardboard), rice, nuts, and more. If you have any questions about what can be composted, feel free to ask our team at the reception!

      • Local markets

      • Why not do your shopping at the different local markets ? In La Trinité sur Mer on Tuesdays and Fridays, in Carnac on Wednesdays and Fridays and in Auray on Monday, one of the largest markets in France.

         

        • A market gardener also sells his produce and organises a small market near Saint Philibert, just after Kerispert bridge.
        • An organic market sets up on Tuesday mornings on Place de Port-En-Dro in Carnac-Plage in July and August.
        • The fish market in La Trinité sur Mer is open every morning.
