A sea-shanties concert at campsite
Brittany is a country where the sea is always present and often sung about. Michel Tonnerre, born in Quimperlé, is the perfect illustration with his many songs. Many male and mixed choirs continue to recount his most beautiful songs as well as sea shanties from the age of sail. In La Trinité sur Mer, the "Copains du bord" are part of this tradition, but it is "L'Equipage de Saint Goustan", a mixed group from Auray who, under the guidance of their choirmaster Alain, will come and sing for us at Camping de La Plage.
Fest-noz in La Trinité sur Mer and Carnac
If you want to learn Breton dancing, go to a Fest-Noz, a "night festival" in Breton! This Breton style "ball" mixes traditional music, dancing and singing in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
