Spi Ouest France - la Trinité sur Mer
During the Easter weekend, over 3,000 sailors and sailing enthusiasts gather in La Trinité-sur-Mer for the Spi Ouest France. This major regatta brings together professional and amateur skippers competing in the Bay of Quiberon for 4 days. Nearly 500 monohulls and multihulls take part, and the spectacle is magnificent both on the water and ashore when the crews return to the pontoons at the end of the day. The Spi Ouest France village, set up on the quays, allows you to follow the race and offers numerous activities.

Cap Martinique - La Trinité-sur-mer
The Bay of Quiberon will be the stage for a spectacular departure: the 3rd edition of the Cap Martinique. Nearly 50 crews, single-handed or double-handed, will set sail from La Trinité-sur-Mer for a 3,800-nautical-mile non-stop transatlantic crossing. This demanding race, reserved for amateur sailors, links Brittany to Fort-de-France. A festive, sporting, and solidarity-driven event not to be missed on the docks before the big jump to the Caribbean!

Tour de Belle-Île - la Trinité sur Mer
The largest French sailing race in terms of participating boats, featuring a single starting line and two courses in the Bay of Quiberon! Open to all monohulls and multihulls over 6 meters, the Tour de Belle-Ile brings together amateur racers and big names in offshore sailing. The route circles Belle-Ile en Mer and runs along its spectacular natural sites. Participants meet up in the evening on the quays of La Trinité-sur-Mer for the traditional, festive Tour de Belle-Île party.

World Sailing Championships
The Bay of Quiberon becomes the center of the nautical world by hosting the World Championships for the Olympic Nacra 17, 49er, and 49er FX classes. Over 400 sailors from 40 different nations will compete, starting from the National Sailing School (ENVSN) in Saint-Pierre-Quiberon. With spectacular courses set close to the shore, it’s a unique opportunity to admire top international athletes preparing for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Ar Men Race - La Trinité sur Mer
Held during Ascension weekend, the Ar Men Race is a non-stop offshore race featuring both amateur and professional sailors. Crews head towards the Ar Men lighthouse at the tip of Finistère, then set course for Île d'Yeu before returning to the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer. Numerous activities are organized at the race village on the quays: giant screens to follow the race live, interviews, and meetings with skippers and nautical professionals.

Mini en Mai - La Trinité sur Mer
An XXL solo challenge: the Mini en Mai is a demanding offshore race reserved for Mini 6.50 class yachts. Over several days, nearly a hundred skippers compete solo on a technical 500-nautical-mile course, from the tip of Finistère to the Île de Ré bridge, before crossing the finish line in the Bay of Quiberon. A true stepping stone to the famous Mini Transat!

Ultra Marin Raid - Gulf of Morbihan
The Ultra Marin Raid brings together several pedestrian races, trails, and Nordic walking, mostly taking the coastal paths around the Gulf of Morbihan, in an exceptional natural environment. Runners cross no fewer than 16 municipalities between the Rhuys peninsula and the tip of Locmariaquer. The longest race, the "Grand Raid," covers 177 kilometers and is completed in a single stage, day and night. The Ultra Marin Raid is, of course, intended for trained and experienced trail runners.

Swimrun - Quiberon Bay
What is Swimrun? It’s a Swedish sport that combines swimming and running, practiced in pairs. Two courses of 30 and 12 km are offered to participants, who alternate running on the coastal path and swimming in the Bay of Quiberon. The start is in Quiberon or Plouharnel depending on the chosen route. The finish line is right on Kervillen beach, opposite the campsite.
