Fête de La Bretagne
Several hundred events for the general public are programmed throughout Brittany: bagadoù (traditional Breton music bands), street art, fest-noz (traditional music festivals), concerts, exhibitions, storytelling walks, plays, markets ...A multitude of events to celebrate both tradition and culture, but also modernity and creativity in Brittany. For 10 days, La Fête de La Bretagne, "Gouel Breizh", invites you to discover our region in a festive, sharing and friendly atmosphere.

La Semaine du Golfe (The Gulf Week)
The Gulf of Morbihan hosts an internationally renowned nautical event every two years. The Semaine du Golfe is a great maritime festival where old rigs, traditional boats, three masts ships and other large ships come from all over Europe to sail together on the waters of the "little sea"(mor bihan in Breton).
The various ports welcome the flotillas and host numerous festivities: concerts, balls, catering, and other entertainment ...Don't miss : the two nautical parades which open and close the Gulf Week. The view is exceptional and you can admire it from the paths and beaches which follow the coastsline and the islands.

Photography Festival in La Gacilly
From June to September, the village of La Gacilly organizes an outdoor photography festival which brings together more than 300,000 visitors each year. The walls of homes, streets and gardens become art galleries with hundreds of large-format photographs signed by renowned photographers. The free access allows everyone to discover the exhibitions in this magnificent village, a city of craftsmanship, at their own pace. A festival committed to the protection of the environment, the chosen themes highlight the relationship between man and our planet.
JUNE TO OCTOBER 2024
Mor Braz Photography Festival
From mid-June to the end of October, several towns in the Quiberon Bay area take part in Escales Photos, a free and open-air exhibition. The history that links the people of Morbihan to the sea is told through large format photo reports, installed in the town streets and are set up in the form of photographic routes. The exhibition places are to be found in La Trinité sur Mer, Plouharnel, Locmariaquer and on the islands of Quiberon Bay (Belle-Ile en Mer, Houat and Hoëdic).
